You will support engineers, manage trials in Ferrero factories, and drive innovations in packaging materials and technologies while coordinating with suppliers and internal teams.
The role requires a Master's in Mechanical, Electronic, or Materials Engineering, strong leadership, fluent English and Italian, and willingness to travel
