Main Purpose of the Role
The Group Supplier Quality Manager is responsible for defining, implementing, and continuously improving the global supplier quality framework across all regions and categories. This role establishes and governs the global ways of working for supplier approval, qualification, monitoring, and maintenance, ensuring consistent standards and risk management throughout the supply chain.
Working closely with Procurement, Quality, Food Safety, Operations, R&D;, and regional teams, the Global Supplier Quality Manager will drive supplier excellence, harmonize processes, strengthen compliance, and support business growth through a robust supplier quality management system.
What you will do
- Define and coordinate deployment of the global supplier quality strategy, standards, and governance model.
- Develop and maintain global procedures, policies, and requirements for supplier approval, qualification, monitoring, and requalification.




- Establish harmonized ways of working across all regions and manufacturing sites.
- Align Materials Management, Incoming Control and Monitoring Rules.
- Lead the development and implementation of the supplier approval process for direct and indirect suppliers
- Define qualification requirements, risk assessment methodologies, and approval criteria.
- Define supplier performance indicators, scorecards, and monitoring mechanisms.
- Drive supplier development and continuous improvement programs.
- Ensure compliance with company standards and external regulations, including GFSI requirements, FSSC 22000, and local legislation.
- Support crisis management, supplier incidents, recalls, and root-cause investigations.
- Foster a culture of quality excellence and proactive risk management throughout the supply chain.

Our Perfect Candidate
- Degree in Food Science, Engineering, Chemistry, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in Quality, Food
