Who we are looking for
We are looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer with solid experience in enterprise environments and mission-critical infrastructures. In this role, you will have full autonomy over a broad technological scope, guide technical decisions, lead Root Cause Analysis (RCA) activities, and act as a key point of reference and mentor for more junior team members.
Key Responsibilities:
- Orchestration & GitOps: manage multi-cluster operations (Dev/QA/Prod) on Kubernetes / AKS, handling advanced troubleshooting and secret management via SOPS + age.
- CI/CD Automation: design and optimize Azure DevOps Pipelines (YAML, shared templates, environment promotion processes, and build queues).
- Migration & Infrastructure: manage the transition and coexistence of mixed environments (legacy Linux VMs with Tomcat ↔ AKS), overseeing packaging (Docker/JIB) and application builds within the JVM ecosystem (Java 8→25, Spring Boo
