IT Infrastructure Service Manager will be responsible for the continuous improvement of IT services and infrastructure, with the objective of enhancing reliability, availability, security, and operational efficiency. The role will contribute to the evolution of the IT operating model by strengthening monitoring capabilities, preventive maintenance, automation, and the adoption of Artificial Intelligence-based solutions, working closely with internal technical teams and external technology partners.
Define and lead continuous improvement initiatives within Infrastructure Operations.
Drive improvements in the reliability and availability of IT services.




Oversee the evolution of monitoring and observability platforms.
Collaborate with infrastructure teams and vendors on preventive maintenance plans.
Identify automation opportunities through traditional tools and AI solutions.
Support the adoption of AI and Generative AI technologies.
Coordinate Problem Management and Root Cause Analysis activities.
Partner with the Cyber Security team to enhance infrastructure resilience.
Monitor vendor performance and drive continuous improvement plans.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, or a related field.

Experience
Minimum 5 years of experience in IT Infrastructure, IT Operations, or Service Management.
Experience in structured international environments.
Experience coordinating vendors and outsourced service providers.
Knowledge of enterprise IT infrastructures.
Knowledge of ITIL proces
