Your Impact We are currently looking for a Global Account Manager to own a multinational group headquartered in Italy within the Insurance segment. You'll operate as a trusted advisor to a truly global customer, driving a major digital transformation program and partnering across Salesforce and the customer's senior leadership to turn strategic priorities into measurable business value.
Your Responsibilities
Own the account strategy and major digital transformation roll‐out for a multinational Insurance group headquartered in Italy, aligning the plan to the customer's board‐level priorities Engage C-level decision makers through value‐based selling, business case development, and ROI analysis to identify and position new business opportunities Coordinate a global, matrix‐organized virtual team — Sales Engineers, Sales Specialists, Marketing, Business Development, Professional Services, Partners, and Global Systems Integrators (GSIs)



— to deliver the contracted technical and business solution Accurately forecast revenue and consistently achieve quota targets You're Our Person If... You have 8+ years of quota‐carrying software or technology sales experience selling to C‐level executives at large enterprise or global accounts You have experience leading virtual or matrixed teams to close complex, multi‐stakeholder deals You have a track record of managing global or multinational account relationships, including cross‐border stakeholder coordination You have direct experience building and presenting business cases and ROI analyses to senior executives Even Better If...
