Your role

The ideal candidate has a genuine technical background and is able to understand
architecture, engineering constraints,



system integrations and technical trade-offs well
enough to challenge decisions and drive them forward.
You will work closely with senior developers, architects, product teams, vendors and
business stakeholders, taking ownership of ambiguous technical problems from
definition through execution.
The role initially operates as a senior individual contributor position, with potential
evolution toward a Product Owner or similar role depending on experience and aspirations.

Key Responsibilities
- Take ownership of large, ambiguous technical transformation initiatives from initial definition through delivery.
- Break complex technical problems into clear, executable workstreams.
- Coordinate and align engineering teams, architects, product teams, vendors and multiple business entities.
- Work directly with technical teams to understand architecture, dependencies, integrations and implementation constraints.
