We have international offices located worldwide. The position may require some dedicated days in-office (London, Turin, Madrid, Milan) throughout the year.

Position

Your role:

- Your primary responsibilities will be to comprehensively manage all aspects of the project delivery and to further develop the client relationships.




- You will manage a team of international consultants through the analysis of business problems and challenges to the mutual development of Best Practice solutions with the client.
- Based on the developed Best Practice your role will be to support the client in the design and implementation of a Continuous Learning approach.
- The project delivery will be done primarily at the customer sites. In building trustful client relationships, you’ll contribute to a supportive project environment and develop additional business opportunities.

Requirements

Your profile:

- 6+ years’ work experience in management consulting, including experience in a project management role.
- As a plus, exposure to one of the following sectors/areas of competence: Pharma, Energy, Tech, Social Entrepreneurship; Sales Excellence, Capability Building, Leadership development
- Top level University degree and MBA or equivalent degree
- Proven capability to lead people and creating productive work environment
- Excellent ability to build trustful relationships with clients and to develop additional business opportunities
- International background and experience and flexibility to travel
- Fluent English and other European language (German, Italian, Spanish as a plus).
