The Role Construction Manager Mechanical

As Mechanical Construction Manager you will take full ownership of on site mechanical construction delivery on a major data centre project in Milan.



You will lead mechanical installation from pre mobilisation through to commissioning and handover, ensuring safety, programme and quality targets are achieved.

This is a senior site leadership role. You will represent the mechanical function on site, coordinate subcontractors, drive short term planning and ensure that mechanical works integrate seamlessly with electrical and CSA packages. Your impact will be visible in programme certainty, installation standards and commissioning readiness.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead site safety culture across all mechanical activities on the data centre project
- Deliver toolbox talks, inductions and regular safety briefings
- Review and enforce RAMS, permits to work and method statements
- Carry out site inspections and ensure full compliance with Italian and EU safety regulations
- Support development of the construction programme and detailed lookahead schedules
- Drive daily
