We are looking for a Transformation Office Analyst to join our office in Milan

Reporting directly to the Head of Transformation Office.

The Transformation Office Analyst supports the strategic transformation agenda of the Transmission Segment by providing high‑quality analysis, financial modeling, and structured insights. The role offers early exposure to strategic decision‑making, cross‑functional initiatives, and executive‑level problem solving within a dynamic and fast‑evolving business environment.

This position is designed as a strong entry point into corporate strategy, transformation, and industrial decision‑making.

You will enjoy:
- Perform quantitative and qualitative analyses to support strategic, operational,



and transformation initiatives across the Transmission BU
- Support the development of business plans, financial models, and investment evaluations (CapEx, make‑or‑buy, M&A; screening)
- Collect, validate, and synthesize data from multiple functions (Operations, Finance, Engineering, Installation, etc.)
- Prepare structured reports, dashboards, and presentations for senior stakeholders and leadership forums
- Contribute to the preparation of strategic workshops, reviews, and transformation governance routines
- Actively support ad‑hoc analyses related to performance improvement, portfolio optimization, and long‑term planning

Qualifications & Skills:
- University degree in Economics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
- up to 3 years of experience in similar role or project management, installation positions, in EPC companies
- Strong analytical mindset with solid proficiency in Excel and Powe
