The Region HQ represents the Hitachi Group in EMEA, leading the unified regional strategy and driving One-Hitachi growth. The Region is a growth engine for Hitachi in EMEA, expanding across Countries, Accounts and Adjacencies, and bringing a ‘One-Hitachi’ message to existing and new customers. We also drive Regional Talent Mobility; Branding & Events - positioning Hitachi as a Regional Champion in Digital and Green Transformation; Leading on Government and EU relations and EMEA Risk Assessment. We operate out of a Regional EMEA office, shared with our Hitachi Digital colleagues, based west of London, near Slough, England.



We employ over 400 people to deliver services and solutions to customers in these key business areas.

The RHQ is also responsible for managing and partnering with a Shared Services Group that provides the Company's business units with a range of innovative and effective common services that deliver value, create ‘lean’ processes and support growth and development - including HR, IT, Finance & Accounting, Corporate Communications & Sustainability, and Business Development.
