Who are we looking for: Are you an experienced production leader passionate about managing people, driving operational excellence, and supporting business growth in a manufacturing environment? We are looking for a Manufacturing Manager – Molding to lead our Molding operations, ensuring production targets, quality standards, and operational performance are achieved while fostering a strong culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement. In this role, you will be responsible for leading a large production organization, coordinating cross-functional teams, monitoring key manufacturing KPIs, and supporting the growth and development of people. You will play a key role in a strategic phase of organizational growth and transformation, helping to further strengthen production processes, team effectiveness, and operational performance. /ph3Your new role: /h3pLead the Molding department, ensuring the achievement of production volume, quality, and efficiency targets. /ppManage and develop a production organization of approximately 70 employees across continuous shift operations. /ppCoordinate key functions within the department, including Production Planning, Quality, Documentation, Shift Leaders, and Production Supervisors. /ppMonitor and improve key manufacturing KPIs such as OEE, scrap rate, productivity, and operational efficiency. /ppDrive continuous improvement initiatives aimed at optimizing processes, reducing waste, and increasing operational performance. /ppSupport production planning activities and ensure alignment with business priorities and customer demand. /ppPromote a culture of safety, compliance, accountability, and operational excellence. /ppLead performance management activities, including performance reviews, salary reviews, talent development,
and employee engagement initiatives. /ppAct as the primary point of contact for people-related matters within the department, working closely with HR and Operations leadership. /ppSupport organizational development by defining roles, responsibilities, and team structures aligned with future business growth. /ppEnsure compliance with Quality Management System requirements, GMPs, and applicable medical device regulations. /ppParticipate in internal and external audits, supporting inspection readiness and operational compliance. /ph3How you'll make an impact: /h3pStrengthen leadership, engagement, and organizational effectiveness across the production teams. /ppSupport the company's growth strategy through a well-structured and high‑performing manufacturing organization. /ppImprove manufacturing performance through KPI management and continuous improvement initiatives. /ppDrive operational excellence while maintaining high standards of quality and compliance. /ppFoster a positive working environment and ensure strong collaboration between production, quality, engineering, and HR functions. /ppBuild a sustainable organization by developing people, clarifying responsibilities, and improving team capabilities. /ph3About you: /h3pBachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent experience. An Industrial/Management Engineering background is considered a plus. /ppProven experience in Production Management, Manufacturing Management, Production Supervision, or similar leadership roles. /ppStrong people management experience within manufacturing environments. Experience managing supervisors, shift leaders, and large production teams. /ppSolid understanding of production planning, manufacturing KPIs, and continuous improvement methodologies. /ppExperience monitoring and improving key operational metrics such as OEE, productivity, efficiency, and scrap reduction. /ppAbility to manage organizational complexity and drive change in a dynamic manufacturing environment.
