/h3 ul liIdentify mandatory HSE training requirements /li liDevelop and implement a structured HSE training plan /li liEnsure effective execution of training activities across multicultural teams /li liFoster a strong and consistent safety-first culture /li /ul h3Audits, Inspections Certification: /h3 ul liPlan and conduct site visits as agreed with the central HSE function /li liCoordinate and support HSE audits and certification processes /li liPerform regular inspections and ensure follow-up actions are completed /li /ul h3Documentation Administrative Management: /h3 ul liCollect and maintain all mandatory HSE documentation /li liEnsure a structured and compliant digital archive system /li liManage HSE administrative processes and reporting activities /li /ul h3Reporting Budgeting: /h3 ul liPrepare HSE reports and dashboards for regional and central stakeholders /li liReport quarterly to the Board of Directors (via central HSE function) on: ul liImplementation status /li liKey risks /li liRelevant updates /li /ul /li liMonitor HSE costs and support budget planning and forecasting /li /ul h3Stakeholder Collaboration: /h3 ul liLiaise with Facility Management, Retail Operations, HR, Finance, Internal Audit, Procurement to implement HSE initiatives within budget guidelines /li liCollaborate with central HSE and local management teams to ensure alignment and effective execution /li liCoordinate and oversee local HSE consultants and external advisors, ensuring consistency with Group standards, quality of deliverables, and compliance with local regulatory requirements /li liAct as a key point of contact between external consultants, local entities, and corporate HSE function /li /ul h3Job Requirements: /h3 ul liBachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field, such as: Engineering (e.g., Safety, Environmental,
