Position Purpose/Responsibilities:The Warehouse Documentation Operator will ensure the achievement of our quantity and quality objectives through the effective application of department procedures and customer documentation. You will work with a collaborative team, adhering strictly to schedules and safety regulations,



to successfully implement our company's goals.
Specific Tasks/Primary Activities:
- Collaborate with the Supply Chain to optimize shipment and arrival scheduling.
- Collaborate with couriers to manage and improve daily receiving and shipping activities.
- Move materials, including raw materials, products, and samples, during receiving/shipping and picking/placing in Warehouse locations.
- Acquire all necessary documentation and information to complete incoming and outgoing transactions.
- Check and complete documentation packages for receiving/shipping goods.
- Enter Goods Receipt Notes for incoming materials into the system.
- Prepare and ship materials and samples according to current procedures.
- Report any anomalies related to forklifts and freezers/cold rooms to the supervisor and technical services.
- Collaborate in the internal movement of materials between Warehouses.
