The RD office in Milan is looking for an engineer whose main role will be to contribute to tyre performance development and vehicle performance evaluation, as a member of the team. /p h3What We Are Looking For /h3 pWe are seeking a highly motivated engineer with a strong academic background in mechanical engineering and at least three years of professional experience in tyre performance, vehicle dynamics, testing, or performance analysis. Previous experience in the automotive sector, both two-wheel and four-wheel vehicle applications, will be considered a strong advantage. This role is ideal for an engineer who is curious, proactive, data-driven, and passionate about improving vehicle performance through tyre understanding and experimental analysis. /p h3Education /h3 ul liMSc in Mechanical Engineering. /li /ul h3Technical Skills /h3 ul liSolid understanding of tyre behaviour, vehicle dynamics fundamentals, and the interaction between tyres, suspension, chassis setup, and overall vehicle performance. /li liAbility to analyze and interpret tyre performance data from indoor testing, proving ground activities, and on-vehicle measurements. /li liKnowledge of tyre operating conditions, including pressure, temperature, wear, grip, durability, and their impact on handling, stability,
