ILS /li /ulh3What you can expect from us /h3pThe position offers a permanent contract, and the base annual gross salary (RAL) will not be less than €32,000, in line with the provisions of the CCNL Commercio – Terziario, Distribuzione e Servizi.
/ppTMC is committed to offering a competitive compensation package, and following the selection process, assessing the candidate's experiences, skills, and qualifications, may propose a final RAL above the level indicated above.
/ppIn accordance with our business model, the final compensation package also includes a direct profit sharing component (profit sharing), an individual budget of €4,000 net per year for skills development, and an annual welfare credit.
