/p h3What you will do: /h3 ul liMaintain a current and accurate Field Service Technicians planning board in ERP to optimize resource efficiency, availability and customer responsiveness.
/li liProcess installations and repairs requests, ordering parts required and scheduling of related jobs in ERP (SAP) system.
/li liProcess and maintain Service Contract Agreement details, ordering parts required and scheduling of preventive maintenance jobs in ERP (SAP) system.
/li liPerform duties related to invoice collection; credit validation, obtaining purchase orders and prompt invoicing of completed service notifications.
/li liDetermine service stock availability, control and process advance shipments of service parts.
/li liPrepare and send quotations for services to customers.
/li /ul h3What you need to have: /h3 ul li1-2 years of similar experience in a highly demanding and fast paced environment.
/li liProven track record in positions with administrative tasks.
/li liProven experience of working within SAP environment would be a plus.
/li liHigh level of Italian.




Able to communicate properly in fluent English, both verbal and written.
/li liAbility to demonstrate logical thinking process and troubleshooting.
/li liGood organizational skills and ability to set priorities and manage time effectively.
/li liStrong interpersonal, customer oriented and relationship management skills.
/li liProficient with MS Office, especially Outlook and Excel.
/li liAbility to work independently.
