The technician serves as the primary contact for telephony issues and IT service requests, ensuring effective communication system operations and accurate IT inventory management.
/p h3Key Responsibilities: /h3 ul li pProvide first-level support for telephony systems, including troubleshooting, configuration of extensions, and voicemail management.
/p /li li pServe as the primary contact for IT customer service requests and log issues in the help desk system.
/p /li li pAssist with IT in-processing/out-processing and basic IT support tasks (e.g., password resets,



workstation setup).
/p /li li pMaintain accurate IT asset inventory and manage equipment tracking and reporting.
/p /li li pSupport installation of IT equipment, software, and network connectivity troubleshooting.
/p /li li pFollow DHA IT security policies and perform additional duties as assigned.
/p /li /ul h3Qualifications: /h3 ul li pHigh school diploma or equivalent (Associate's degree preferred).
/p /li li pAt least 1 year of experience in IT technical support or customer service.
/p /li li pBasic knowledge of telephony systems and IT inventory management.
/p /li li pPreferred certifications: CompTIA A+ and/or Network+.
