To support all utility users requirements /p h3Job Responsibilities /h3 ul liEnsuring all maintenance activities as per Maintenance /li liPreparation and modification of Maintenance programs as per operations requirement /li liEnsuring 100% availability of utilities to support and meet production targeted volumes /li liCo ordination in preparing Project and Non Project planning activities as and when required /li liCo ordination in supervising and implementing Project and Non project works /li liSupporting customer departments in achieving yearly targets ( PRS Non PRS targets /li liActive participation in implementing systems like ISO **** ,



ISO ***** etc /li liGuiding all reportees in their day to day work /li liPreparation of skill gap analysis for direct reportees and ensuring training for the same /li liTo keep watch on spares by taking monthly stock of the same /li liTo keep fork lifts in running condition /li liTo observe GMP in fork lift dept by daily cleaning and maintaining the Fork lift Dept clean and tidy /li /ul h3Job Requirement /h3 pEducation:B.
Tech /BE -Electrical/ Electronics Engineering /p pWork Experience: /p pMinimum 6 years in similar function area /p pMust be from a FMCG/Food /Beverage Industry /p h3FUNCTIONALCOMPETENCIES SKILLS: /h3 ul liMust have good knowledge of basic components mechanisms of an Equipment /li liMust have a hands on experience of Equipment maintenance , preparation of Maintenance Plans, Spares management /li liMust have hands on experience in shift operations man management.
Should have worked in shifts for at least 2 years /li liMust be having background of Food /FMCG/ Beverage industry.
Exposure to Beverage Bottling operations will be an added advantage /li liMust have basic knowledge of TPM Basics - CLIT, PM, Kaizens /li liMust be having basic knowledge of RCA tools such as Why-Why Analysis, Fish Bone analysis /li liMust have basic knowledge of Safety Risk Assessment tools, Emergency Plans, Hazard Identification, Work Permit System /li liMust have basic knowledge about Hygiene, 5S, Food Safety Standards, HACCP /li /ul /p #J-*****-Ljbffr
