/ppbr / /ppstrongThe Role /strong /ppThere is a new opportunity within our Innovation team: we are looking for an RD Senior Project Manager who, reporting to the RD Manager, will be responsible for managing new product development projects and changes to existing products, coordinating cross-functional teams and ensuring that project timelines, costs and objectives are met.
/ppbr / /ppThe person will also be responsible for coordinating a team of 3 people dedicated to the management of technical master data and the creation of documentation to support production and the Care department, ensuring the quality, consistency and timely availability of information.
/ppbr / /ppstrongThe person we are looking for will: /strong /pullimanage product development projects,



including new product development and changes to existing products; /lilicoordinate cross-functional teams across Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, Product and Laboratory; /liliplan and monitor project activities by creating and managing detailed Gantt charts; /liliwork closely with the RD Manager to define priorities and provide project status updates; /liliensure that project timelines, costs and milestones are met; /lilimonitor project risks, identify critical issues and propose corrective actions to support development decisions; /lililiaise with internal and external stakeholders, including suppliers, to oversee project progress; /liliactively contribute to new product development by bringing technical expertise and problem-solving skills; /liliwork with the functions involved to define tasks, operational responsibilities and areas of intervention; /lilicoordinate the team responsible for technical master data management, setting priorities, workloads and deadlines, and ensuring that product information is correctly created, maintained and updated in company systems; /lilioversee the creation, update and release of technical documentation for Production, ensuring completeness, accuracy and consistency with product changes; /lilicontribute to the continuous improvement of product development and engineering change management processes.
/li /ulpbr / /ppstrongYou are the right fit if you have: /strong /pullia technical background: Degree in Engineering, preferably Management, Mechanical or Electronic Engineering,



or equivalent education; /liliat least 4 years of experience as a Project Manager in Product Development; /liliproven experience in managing structured projects; /liliexperience gained in manufacturing companies; /lilifluent knowledge of Italian (C1); /liligood knowledge of English, used in international professional contexts; /lilileadership, communication and management skills for both direct and cross-functional teams; /liliexcellent organisational and problem-solving skills.
/li /ulpbr / /ppstrongSkills that would be considered a plus: /strong /pulliknowledge of ERP/PLM/PDM systems or tools for managing technical product data; /liliexperience in defining or improving processes, document flows and operating standards; /liliexperience in coordinating activities related to bills of materials, routings, product coding, production documentation or technical release.
