bPurpose of the position: /b As Project Management Engineer you will respond to the Head of Onshore Project Management department and be part of the Energy Carriers Business Line.
bHow can you support us?
/b Here below your responsibilities: /p ul liCoordinates the preparation of reporting for specific activities of the project execution as defined, case by case, by the PM /li liAssists the Project Manager during project planning, e.g. preparation of the Project Execution Plan (PEP) and other project procedures and plans /li liAssists in the allocation resources and in the assessment of the man-hours required in order to prepare/update the Project Mobilization Plan (PMP) /li liPrepares the Project External Interfaces Management Procedure and identifies, categorizes and manages the Project External Interfaces /li liPrepares the Vendor Assistance on Site Procedure,



manages the Project Vendor Assistance on site /li liPrepares the Project Guarantee Claims Management Procedure with Vendors and – during the guarantee period - ensure the fulfilment of the guarantee requirements by Vendor.
/li liSupports the continuous monitoring of specific critical supplies contributing to the achievement of expected milestones and the resolution of technical and contractual issues /li /ul h3What are we looking for?
/h3 h3Education: /h3 ul liDegree in Engineering Science /li liProfessional qualification/Chartership is a plus, such as PMP, CIOB etc. certification.
/li /ul h3Experience: /h3 p3-7 years of experience in EPC Oil Gas projects /p h3Languages: /h3 pEnglish B2/C1 /p h3Technical/IT Knowledge: /h3 ul liExperience in large scale projects; Experience with Majors Clients; Exposure to different roles within the oil and gas/new energies/floaters projects in fields as design management, planning, contract management, and/ or cost management; /li liRecord of working within global large teams in multi-disciplinary projects is highly preferred; Demonstrable experience in project management activities, tools and techniques /li /ul h3What else should you know?
