ppOur Clinical Application team works closely with healthcare organisations to help them successfully implement and maximise the value of InterSystems' healthcare solutions.
We are looking for abClinical Application Analyst – Pharmacy /bwith a strong clinical background and experience working as abHospital Pharmacist /b, who can combine their healthcare expertise with an understanding of clinical information systems and customer needs.
/p pIn this role, you will become a subject matter expert for pharmacy-related workflows and an important point of contact for customers.
You will work closely with healthcare professionals and other stakeholders to understand their processes, identify the best-fit solution and support the successful adoption of InterSystems products.
/p pThe role offers the opportunity to work at the intersection ofbclinical practice, healthcare technology and customer consultancy /b, contributing to implementations that can improve the way healthcare organisations deliver care.bThe role requires a willingness and availability to travel to customer sites as required.
/b /p pbKey Responsibilities /b– /p ul liWork closely with customers to understand their pharmacy workflows, clinical processes and business requirements.
/li liAct as a subject matter expert for pharmacy-related functionality and provide guidance on the effective use and implementation of InterSystems solutions.
/li liAssess customer requirements and advise on the best-fit standard solution, minimising unnecessary customer-specific developments.
/li liConduct customer workshops, training sessions and presentations, communicating complex concepts clearly to both clinical and non-clinical audiences.
/li liSupport customers in maximising the benefits of InterSystems solutions and adopting effective and standardised processes.
/li liTranslate clinical and business requirements into clear functional specifications and documentation.
/li liContribute to business process mapping and the analysis of existing customer workflows.
/li liWork collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, including clinical, technical, product and implementation teams.
/li liSupport software testing and validation activities to ensure solutions meet agreed clinical and functional requirements.
/li liKeep up to date with new product developments and understand how new functionality can support customer needs.
/li liBuild strong relationships with healthcare stakeholders and confidently communicate recommendations and guidance throughout the implementation lifecycle.
/li liTravel to customer sites as required to support workshops, implementations, training and other customer-facing activities.
/li /ul pbMust Have /b– /p ul liUniversity degree in Pharmacy or a related discipline.
/li liAt least 1** years of experience working as a Hospital Pharmacist**, with a strong understanding of clinical and pharmacy processes.
/li liExperience working within abhospital pharmacy environment /b.
/li liExperience withbElectronic Medical Record (EMR) systems /b.
/li liGood understanding of Hospital Information Systems, Patient Administration Systems (PAS) and Clinical Information Systems.




/li liExperience interacting directly with customers and/or healthcare professionals, including clinicians.
/li liExcellent communication and consultative skills, with the ability to confidently articulate and communicate ideas.
/li liExperience delivering training, workshops and/or presentations.
/li liExperience contributing to multidisciplinary teams and working collaboratively with different stakeholders.
/li liExperience writing functional documentation and mapping business processes.
/li liGood understanding of Information Systems and healthcare technology.
/li libWillingness and availability to travel /bto customer sites as required.
/li /ul pbNice to Have /b– /p ul liExperience communicating with key stakeholders at different levels within healthcare organisations, including public and/or private sector organisations.
/li liPrevious experience implementing software or healthcare technology solutions.
/li liPrevious experience in an application, configuration or clinical systems specialist role.
/li liExperience working in a customer-facing IT or healthcare technology environment.
/li liExperience with change management and supporting users through the adoption of new systems and processes.
/li liExperience conducting software testing and supporting validation activities.
/li liStrong general computer skills and confidence working with digital tools.
/li liComfortable using digital and AI-enabled tools to support research, analysis, documentation and day-to-day work.
/li liAble to critically evaluate information generated by digital and AI tools and apply appropriate professional judgement.
/li liWillingness to learn and adopt new technologies that can improve efficiency and support customer outcomes.
/li liAbility to work confidently in a technology-enabled healthcare environment.
/li /ul pbLanguages /b /p ul liGood command of written and spoken English.
