pShowHeroes is seeking a 2nd Level Support Manager in Italy to own end-to-end technical support for publishers and partners.
You will troubleshoot integrations and issues across multiple systems while coordinating with Product, Engineering, and external partners to ensure complete resolution.
/ppThe ideal candidate has 1–3 years in technical support, solid HTML/CSS understanding, and excellent communication in English (B2+).
German skills are valued; AdTech experience is a plus.
