and other end-user equipmentHandle password resets and basic Active Directory tasksConfigure email accounts and assist with VPN connectivityLog, track, and update incidents in the ticketing systemEscalate complex technical issues to Level 2/Level 3 teamsEnsure timely resolution in line with SLA requirements Required Skills & Experience:1–3 years of experience in Desktop Support xdwybme / IT SupportStrong knowledge of Windows 10/11 environmentBasic understanding of networking concepts (IP, DNS, DHCP)Experience with Active Directory and user account managementGood troubleshooting and problem-solving skillsStrong communication and customer service skillsAbility to work independently in an on-site environment
