Values Value is a recruiting company with expertise in game development and is currently looking for an experienced Graphic Programmer. Our client is a Ukrainian mobile game studio pioneering the hybrid-casual genre with a portfolio of 300M+ downloads. They build visually distinctive games that push the boundaries of what is possible on mobile and are looking for someone to help them go even further.

For which tasks (responsibilities)?

- Developing and implementing unique graphics technologies, writing shaders (Unity/HLSL)

- Optimizing custom graphics algorithms for mobile devices

- Creating beautiful and satisfying visual effects – the “wow” effect, ASMR aesthetics

- Developing new technologies for rendering and animation

- Researching and implementing cutting-edge techniques from the computer graphics industry

- Working on both new projects and existing live titles

What kind of professional are we looking for?

- Experience with shaders, rendering, and animations

- Ability to describe animations using mathematical functions; understanding of the physics of motion, tweens, and easings.





- Creative and artistic vision – a sense of style, color, and composition

- Understanding of the graphics pipeline and the characteristics of mobile GPUs

- Experience working with Unity/HLSL (Unreal/GLSL background is also acceptable)

- Knowledge of the Ukrainian language

Desirable:

- Strong math skills: trigonometry, vector math, matrix operations

- Experience with VFX
