/li liProcess claims and service requests according to established procedures.
/li liAssist customers with account setup and system-related questions.




/li liHandle complaints with professionalism and empathy.
/li liEscalate complex issues to appropriate teams when necessary.
/li liMaintain accurate records of customer interactions and case details.
/li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul liNative or C1 level proficiency in Italian.
/li liB2 level proficiency in English.
/li liStrong communication and customer service skills.
/li liGood computer literacy and ability to work with multiple systems.
/li liTyping speed of at least 25 words per minute with good accuracy.
/li liAbility to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently.
/li liPrevious experience in customer service is an advantage.
