We are looking for aPower Electronics Control Engineer with 5–6 years of experience, specialized in the control ofbattery charging systems (OBC / Battery Charger) and power converters.
The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience withMATLAB/Simulinkfor modelling, simulation, and control algorithm development.
Main activities:
DevelopMATLAB/Simulink modelsfor power electronics and control systems.
Model and simulateAC/DC and DC/DC converters.
Develop and implementcontrol strategies and algorithmsfor voltage and current regulation.
Develop control strategies forOBC / Battery Charger systems, including battery charging phases.
Optimize control strategies to improveenergy efficiency and system performance.
Analyse simulation and test results and performcontrol parameter tuning and calibration.
Supportsystem testing, integration, and validationactivities.
Work closely withHardware, Power Electronics,



and System Engineering teams.
Analyse system requirements and translate them into functional control requirements.
Technical skills:
5–6 years of experiencein Power Electronics Control, Control Systems, or a related field.
Strong experience withMATLAB/Simulink.
Proven experience withOBC / Battery Charger systemsandAC/DC and DC/DC converters.
Good knowledge ofcontrol theory, voltage/current control, and control algorithm development.
Experience insimulation, calibration, testing, and validation.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good understanding of the interaction betweencontrol software, hardware, and power electronics.
Experience inautomotive, e-mobility, electrification, battery systems, or electric/hybrid powertrainsis considered a strong plus.
