The role will serve as a key link between employees, managers, external partners, and regional HR teams. /p pThe ideal candidate should have strong HR operations experience, deep knowledge of Italian employment law, and the ability to support a fast-paced international environment. /p p(Ref: LS47614-3 - Please include this when making any enquiries.) /p pbMain Responsibilities /b /p ul liProvide expert guidance on Italian employment legislation, labour regulations, and HR compliance matters /li liSupport employee relations including disciplinary processes, grievances, investigations, and workplace matters /li liManage employee lifecycle administration including contracts, employee changes, transfers, promotions, and offboarding /li liManage payroll inputs, payroll validation, reconciliation, and employee payroll enquiries /li liAdminister employee benefit programmes and coordinate with benefit providers and brokers /li liEnsure compliance with statutory HR requirements including employment documentation, registrations, social insurance, and reporting /li liSupport HR audits,
