In this role, you will work closely with multidisciplinary teams to define product requirements, design innovative electronic solutions, and support the full product lifecycle from concept and development through testing, production launch, and lifecycle management. /p pYou will be involved in the design of analogue electronic architectures, the development and testing of electronic boards, the creation of technical documentation, the resolution of technical and manufacturing challenges, and the design of dedicated testing equipment. /p pThis is an exciting opportunity to work on cutting-edge products within a collaborative and international environment. /p h3Duties Responsibilities /h3 pThe duties and responsibilities of the position include the following: /p ul liTo conceive new designs and schematics for new products /li liTo maintain existing products and reviewing existing designs, changing components etc /li liTo prepare design related documentation /li liTo perform testing, validation, verification and troubleshooting on circuit board prototypes using lab equipment /li liTo oversee and perform customer return testing and suggest design improvements or corrective action based on evaluation of test data /li liTo define design requirements and work with external contractors for layout and other support activities when necessary /li liTo communicate with suppliers,



manufacturers and distributors for part selection and troubleshooting /li liTo be compliant with workplace health and safety requirements and directions when working on customer / dealer / end user sites /li /ul h3What We're Looking For /h3 ul li5+ year experience in a similar position /li liGood analytical and problem-solving skills /li liStrong grasp on fundamentals of circuit analysis and design /li liSignificant experience in analogue circuit design such as analogue front ends, signal conditioning systems and power management systems /li liGood knowledge with Cadence OrCAD X Platform /li liGood knowledge of PCB design and layout considerations /li liExpertise in the use of analogue circuits simulation tools /liliExperience in measurements with laboratory instruments (Spectrum Analyzer, Network Analyzer, Signal Generator, Power Meter, etc.) /li liHands-on approach, whether it be building a prototype or performing testing with dedicated test benches /li liTeamwork attitude /li liA relevant Master’s Degree in Electronic Engineering or equivalent combination of education and experience /li /ul h3Nice To Have /h3 ul liExperience in RF Microwaves Circuits Design /li liFamiliarity with industry standards for analogue circuit design /li liKnowledge of basic principles of Electro Magnetic Compatibility and EM propagation /li liExperience with Altium Platform /li liExpertise in the use of electromagnetic (EM) simulation software (HFSS) /li liBasic knowledge of Labview or Python scripting /li /ul h3Computer Skills /h3 ul liMicrosoft Office: good knowledge of Power Point, Excel, Word, Outlook /li /ul h3Languages /h3 ul liItalian native /li liEnglish: professional working proficiency, both written and spoken /li /ul h3Travel Requirements /h3 pA very small part of working time may be spent traveling to: /p ul limeet suppliers when needed /li liperform on site measurement and give support to other depts /li /ul h3Compensation /h3 pWe offer a permanent employment contract.
