ph3JOB DESCRIPTION /h3 /brul /brliThe Pre-Sales Engineering Team Leader for Integrated Solutions plays a key role during the early stages of projects and proposal development for our customers. This position requires competencies across multiple technical disciplines (architecture, civil, mechanical, HVAC, electrical, monitoring and control systems, and fire protection) necessary for developing technical solutions. The role also demands people management and leadership skills, as well as the ability to understand and interpret customer requirements and proposals from both technical and business perspectives. /li /br /ul /brh3Responsibilities /h3 /brul /brliLeading a multidisciplinary team of engineers, developing design during the proposal phase of projects (modular data centers, power rooms, cable landing stations) /li /brliReading and understanding RFQs and tender documentation /li /brliInterpreting customer requirements received through the sales team /li /brliUnderstanding relevant codes and standards /li /brliCoordinating technical disciplines (architecture, civil, electrical, HVAC, monitoring and control systems, fire protection) /li /brliTechnical coordination with customers and suppliers /li /brliCoordinating and supervising the preparation of technical documentation for Vertiv modular data center solutions /li /brliReviewing documents prepared by team members /li /brliIncorporating customer requirements into proposed solutions /li /brliProviding technical assistance and information during sales activities /li /brliInternational travel for customer meetings, seminars, and trainings /li /br /ul /brh3Qualifications /h3 /brul /brliBachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in engineering /li /brliMinimum 7 years of experience /li /brliExcellent knowledge of data center design, understanding of technical systems, functionalities, and architecture /li /brliStrong written and verbal communication skills for working with multiple engineering and manufacturing teams to translate architectures and concepts into design and implementation /li /brliClient interaction for presenting solutions and concepts, and through documented specifications /li /brliLeadership skills /li /brliTime management and self-motivation /li /brliComputer skills: proficient user of Windows, MS Office incl.
