This role is intended for an engineer in the early stages of their career who is building technical depth in hydraulic systems, mechanical design, product performance, and manufacturability. /ph3Your day-to-day /h3ulliSupport the design and development of hydraulic rotary actuators, housings, shafts, seals, bearings, stops, and related mechanical components. /liliCreate and revise 3D models, 2D drawings, and engineering documentation in accordance with applicable standards and internal procedures. /liliPrepare and maintain bill of materials, engineering change orders, specifications, and release packages. /liliAssist in performing design calculations for torque, pressure containment, stress, fatigue, deflection, sealing, and tolerance stack‑up. /liliParticipate in design reviews, risk assessments, and design verification activities. /liliSupport prototype build, test planning, data collection, and test result analysis for product validation and performance characterisation.



/liliInvestigate product or process issues using structured root cause and corrective action methods. /liliCollaborate with manufacturing engineering to improve design for manufacturability, assembly, serviceability, and cost. /liliWork with suppliers and internal teams to support component selection, material evaluation, and technical issue resolution. /liliSupport compliance with quality, safety, regulatory, and customer‑specific requirements. /liliContribute to continuous improvement initiatives focused on product reliability, lead time, quality, and cost reduction. /liliCommunicate technical information clearly to cross‑functional stakeholders and, when required, to customers. /li /ulh3Who we are looking for /h3ulliBachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, master’s degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent is a plus. /lili0–5 years of engineering experience, including internships, co‑ops, or entry‑level product design experience. /liliFoundational knowledge of mechanical design principles, materials, tolerancing, and manufacturing processes. /liliBasic understanding of fluid power or hydraulic systems. /liliExperience with 3D CAD modelling and engineering drawings – Ideally Inventor. /liliAbility to read and interpret technical specifications, drawings, and test data. /liliStrong analytical,
