ppFor our client, a leading company in the manufacturing sector, we are currently looking for an experienced and motivated IT Manager /p pReporting directly to the CIO, the IT Manager will be responsible for supervising the IT department and managing the implementation of new systems, technologies, and internal policies. This role plays a key part in driving innovation, improving operational efficiency, and ensuring the security and integrity of the company's digital infrastructure. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liCoordinate all activities of the IT department, leading a team of 6-7 professionals and ensuring clear communication, transparency, and priority management. /li liLead the development, optimization, and implementation of IT systems and infrastructure. /li liMonitor the performance of existing systems to assess productivity, operational costs, upgrade needs, and overall efficiency. /li liOversee the security of networks, systems, and enterprise data. /li liIn alignment with the Corporate Security function, ensure robust protection of digital assets, proactively identifying and mitigating potential vulnerabilities.



/li liDevelop and implement advanced cybersecurity strategies in compliance with relevant regulations and best practices. /li liConduct ongoing risk assessments to maintain high protection standards at the local level. /li liSupport internal and external audits related to information security and provide regular reports to the corporate office, ensuring service quality and compliance. /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul liDegree in Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or related disciplines. /li liSolid experience (minimum 5 years) in managing SAP systems and IT infrastructures. /li liProven knowledge of project management methodologies. /li liStrong technical expertise in programming, network/server administration, and IT security. /li liPrevious experience in multinational manufacturing companies is highly valued. /li liFluent English (advanced level, both spoken and written). /li /ul h3Location /h3 pBari /p pGross Annual Salary: 70-75K € (Quadro level) + MBO /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
