In this role, you will act as a trusted advisor, working closely with customer operations and internal Cisco teams to deliver innovative, secure, and efficient IT infrastructures. As a resident engineer in Rome, you will play a key role in Data Center and ACI projects, supporting both design and troubleshooting efforts. /ph3Responsibilities /h3ulliLead design, configuration, and optimization of Cisco solutions to accelerate customer outcomes. /liliSupport presales activities by translating business requirements into technical solutions. /liliWork daily with customer operations to deliver consulting and technical support. /liliBuild simulations and test environments to validate complex issues and compatibility challenges. /liliCreate High-Level Designs, Low-Level Designs, and Implementation/Change Management Plans. /liliCollaborate with Cisco account teams, partners, and internal resources to ensure smooth project execution. /liliAct as the first point of contact for resolving complex customer issues. /liliCapture and share lessons learned, contributing to new methodologies and best practices. /liliDeliver documentation, training, and knowledge transfers to customers. /li /ulh3Required Skills Qualifications /h3ulliStrong switching and routing expertise,
