Compensation for this position will be determined by the candidate's qualifications, experience and overall alignment with the role's responsibilities. /p h3Junior Process Engineer /h3 h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liManages, directly or as part of a team, specific engineering projects and technical activities at the plant of allocation. This includes support for New Product Development (NPD) implementation, VAVE (Value Analysis / Value Engineering) initiatives, cost‑saving projects, and other activities aimed at improving manufacturing processes.



/li liPlan and execute continuous improvement initiatives in manufacturing technologies and processes at the plant, ensuring competitiveness and alignment with company strategy. /li liImplement new technologies in line with FHCS sourcing/production strategies. /li liOwn new equipment development at the site, from supplier scouting through to release to production. /li liManage the digitalization of production processes, including digitalized production management systems. /li liMonitor energy and electricity consumption, as well as machine data monitoring. /li liAct as the interface between operators/maintenance staff and external technicians on machine‑related matters, including coordination with external technicians for machine programming. /li liSupport the introduction of new production lines, including process evaluation. /li liContribute to flawless and efficient collaboration between Production, Manufacturing RD, and other relevant functions on all engineering‑related matters. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liBachelor's degree (minimum) or Master's degree (preferred) in Engineering; a background in Electronic or Mechatronics Engineering is highly appreciated. /li li0–3 years of experience in engineering projects and technical activities. /li liFluent in Italian, with a good command of English. /li liBasic experience in Project Management. /li liBasic knowledge of Safety and Environmental practices. /li /ul pThe Freudenberg Group is an equal opportunity employer that is committed to diversity and inclusion.
