Job Description

We are looking for an Inside Sales Representative on behalf of our partner, RISCO.

RISCO is a global leader in smart security solutions, providing advanced intrusion detection systems, cloud‑based security platforms, and integrated monitoring technologies for residential, commercial, and enterprise customers worldwide.

The company is looking for a proactive sales professional to support business growth across the Italian market by generating new opportunities, building customer relationships, and delivering outstanding customer service.

Responsibilities

- Prospect and generate new business opportunities through outbound calls and lead generation

- Maintain and expand the customer and prospect database within the assigned territory

- Build relationships with new and existing customers

- Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products, services, and training programs

- Respond to inbound customer inquiries and identify upselling and cross‑selling opportunities

- Support customers with the RISCO Stars loyalty program and RISCO Cloud services

- Prepare quotations and provide product information to prospective customers

- Transfer qualified opportunities to the regional Sales Representative

- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and strengthen long‑term relationships

- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system

- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and other internal teams

- Support order processing and sales administration activities

Requirements

- Experience in Inside Sales, Customer Success, Sales Support, or a similar customer‑facing role

- Knowledge of inside sales techniques, including negotiation, cross‑selling, and upselling

- Comfortable handling a high volume of daily phone calls

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Strong presentation and active listening skills

- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively

- Self‑motivated with the ability to work independently

- Strong customer service orientation

- Professional proficiency in English, both written and spoken
