About the Role

We are seeking a passionate Project Coordinator to lead and coordinate the design, engineering, procurement, delivery, and assembly of complex construction machinery for the civil works industry at worldwide level.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end project lifecycle for construction machinery projects: from concept, design, and engineering to delivery and assembly.
- Coordinate with internal engineering teams, equipment suppliers, fabrication partners, and logistics providers.
- Develop and manage detailed project plans, budgets, and schedules.
- Ensure the design and engineering comply with technical standards, client specifications, and regulatory requirements.
- Oversee procurement and delivery of machine components and systems.
- Supervise on-site assembly and commissioning activities in collaboration with technical teams.
- Identify and mitigate project risks and ensure timely resolution of technical issues.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders,



ensuring clear communication and reporting throughout the project.
- Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental (HSE) protocols during all project phases.
- Drive continuous improvement in project execution, documentation, and stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering or related technical field.
- 3+ years of experience in project management related to construction machinery or large mechanical/equipment systems, preferably in the civil works or infrastructure sector.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills, with attention to technical and contractual detail.
- Proficient in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera) and standard engineering tools (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks) is a plus.
- PMP or equivalent project management certification is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills in Italian and English.
