To support our continued European expansion, we are seeking an ambitious, dynamic and well connected Resort Acquisition Specialist to identify and develop new hospitality opportunities across Sicily and Northern Italy.
This is a unique opportunity for professionals passionate about luxury real estate, hospitality, networking and strategic business development.
What you'll be doing:
You will become part of an exciting international growth project, directly contributing to the expansion of Karma Group’s prestigious European portfolio by identifying and securing hotels,
resorts, and high value properties in some of Italy’s most exclusive destinations.
We are looking for someone capable of building high level connections, opening new opportunities, and creating strategic partnerships within the Italian hospitality and real estate market.
Key responsibilities:
Build strategic relationships
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with luxury real estate agencies, hotel brokers, investors and hospitality professionals.
- Become Karma Group’s trusted local representative within the Italian property market.
- Gain access to exclusive and off market opportunities before competitors.
Identify & develop opportunities
- Source hotels, resorts, boutique properties and historic assets suitable for luxury hospitality development.
- Engage directly with property owners and key decision makers with professionalism and confidence.
