Casa Brera, a Luxury Collection Hotel, Milan belonging to Marriott International, is currently recruiting a F&B; Supervisor dedicate to Room Service.

Reporting to the F&B; Outlets Manager, the role will cover any tasks related to the F&B; service.
- This is full-time position, 5 days a week with 2 days off.

What you’ll do:
- Supervise all Room Service (In-Room Dining) operations ensuring timely, accurate and discreet delivery of orders.
- Coordinate with the culinary team to guarantee food quality, correct plating and punctual dispatch of room service items.
- Ensure trays, amenities and in-room dining set-ups meet luxury brand standards
- Oversee the collection of trays from gues
