Represents the brand to clients. Guides them at every stage of the buying journey. Provides support on styles, product characteristics and trends.
Speciality Description - Client Advisor:
Advises our customers during the buying journey. Presents the collection using brand standards. Follows company values as the visible face of the brand. Contributes to reaching sales targets and enhances customer satisfaction. There are specific Jewelry Client Advisor Job Profiles for roles selling jewelry and watches.
We are currently looking for a Client Advisor to join our DoDo boutique located in Milan ( Scalo 40H).

As a Client Advisor, you will act as a true brand ambassador, embodying and sharing the values and philosophy of DoDo with passion and authenticity.
Your mission is to deliver an extraordinary client experience, ensuring each interaction reflects the brand’s spirit and commitment to excellence, while maximizing sales through meaningful relationships and personalized service.
How you will Contribute:
Brand Advocate
- Demonstrate passion as a DoDo brand ambassador during every selling ceremony
- Learn to master the Brand and have an in-depth knowledge of the product
- Maintain products in an efficient, clean, secure, and organized manner, front and back of house.
Business Achiever
- Give your best in teamwork and participate in all activities that contribute to the achievement of the boutique's overall goals and smooth operations.
- Participate in maintaining a positive work environment
- Ensure to be up-to-date knowing fashion trends and competitors.
- Follow Company grooming, accordingly with DoDo standards and policies in terms of care and behavior
