Responsibilities
- Perform EM modelling on package and PCB design
- Integrate the model on transistor-level design of analog and mixed-signal circuit blocks
- Evaluate performance tradeoffs among different package and power circuitry solutions
- Document simulation results and conduct technical reviews
- Ensure design quality and compliance with specifications

Qualifications
- Knowledge of CMOS and bipolar transistors, diodes, resistors, capacitors, inductors
- Basic knowledge of BCD technology
- Ability to design basic PCB and to understand circuit blocks.
- Knowledge of esd, switching circuitry, power fets.
- Knowledge of feedback control systems
- Familiarity with switch-mode power conversion topologies and linear regulators
- Familiarity with Cadence design environment is a plus
- Good communication skills
- Good knowledge of written and spoken English
