We are looking for a Commis de Bar to join our DaV Mare Restaurant team.

The ideal candidate is passionate about hospitality and comfortable with challenges.

He/She is willing to provide authentic and luxury experiences, demonstrating care, confidence, curiosity and community.

Main duties & responsibilities:

- Fulfil the operations of the Bar, according to the Company policies, high standards and procedures;
- Support the Bartender with service;
- Take care of the mise en place:
- Clean and set-up works' spaces and equipments;




- Monitor all aspects of the customers' experience, from the restaurant layout before they arrive to the experience they receive during the service.
- Act to enhance a flawless service and anticipate Guests' needs.

Requirements

- Effective communication: communicate clearly and in an appropriate manner (both verbally and non-verbally);
- Emotional intelligence: demonstrate sensitivity to the needs and emotions of guests and colleagues and adjust his/her style to them. Manage own emotions in challenging situations;
- Adaptability: identify when a different approach is needed and offer solutions.
- Try and adopt new ways of doing things;
- Collaboration: be able and willing to work as a team player e share information and skills and actively seek and provide feedback;
- Fluent in Italian and basic level of English;
- Tourism or Hospitality degree preferred;
- Previous professional experience in a similar role, also wit
