About the role
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented intern to our activities on Business Continuity Management.
Key responsibilities Support the BCM team in maintaining and updating Euronext's business continuity plans (BCPs), ensuring they reflect current business processes, regulatory requirements and best practices.
Assist in conducting and documenting business impact analyses (BIA) to identify critical business functions, dependencies and recovery priorities.
Participate in risk assessments to evaluate potential threats and vulnerabilities that could impact business operations.
Help organise and facilitate business continuity exercises and simulations, such as tabletop exercises, scenario-based drills and crisis management workshops.
Assist in capturing lessons learned and following up on action items.
Contribute to the development and review of incident response procedures, escalation protocols and crisis communication plans.
Assist in monitoring and reporting on key business continuity metrics, such as recovery time objectives (RTOs),



recovery point objectives (RPOs) and test results.
Support the team in ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards (e.g. ISO 22301, DORA, local regulatory requirements).
Help maintain BCM documentation and records, including plan updates, test schedules, training materials and audit evidence.
Assist in preparing reports, dashboards and presentations for senior management, auditors and other stakeholders.
Support the coordination of BCM awareness and training sessions for staff across Euronext locations.
What we are looking for Currently studying for or recently completed a degree in business, risk management, finance, information security or a related field.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Good written and verbal communication skills in English; knowledge of French or Dutch is a plus.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a multicultural team.
