About the role

The Area Architect provides architectural leadership across multiple agile teams, ensuring technology solutions align with business strategy,



enterprise standards, and security requirements. This role establishes architecture guardrails, including AI development standards and governance, while enabling teams to innovate and deliver scalable, high-quality solutions. It works closely with enterprise, global, and solution architects to maintain alignment with strategic technology goals.

Key Accountabilities:
- Drive architectural alignment across squads, ensuring solutions meet enterprise standards, strategic objectives, security requirements, and global architecture principles.
- Assess emerging technologies, including AI, and provide recommendations that support innovation, scalability, and business outcomes.
- Partner with business and technology stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into effective architecture and solution designs.
