Role Description The Freelance Luxury Shoe Production Manager will oversee the end-to-end production process for high-end footwear collections, ensuring they meet the brand's quality, design, and timing requirements. This contract role is based on-site in London and involves close collaboration with design, development,



and supplier teams to translate sketches and technical specifications into production-ready samples and final products.
Day-to-day responsibilities include managing factory relationships, overseeing sample development, coordinating materials and components, monitoring production timelines, and resolving any issues that affect quality or delivery. The Production Manager will implement quality control standards, conduct on-site inspections, and ensure each style aligns with couture-level craftsmanship. The role also includes cost and margin monitoring, production scheduling, and regular reporting to leadership on progress, risks, and improvements. Open to roles in UK, Itay, France.
