The team is committed to maintaining high standards of safety, compliance, operational performance and customer service while delivering cost-effective solutions for the City.

About the role

As a Fleet Customer Service Officer, you'll be the first point of contact for customers and internal stakeholders requiring fleet maintenance and support at our Carrara depot.

You'll play an important role in keeping Fleet operations running smoothly by coordinating maintenance requests, supporting our workshop teams and ensuring work is accurately recorded and progressed through our maintenance systems.

You'll work closely with Fleet teams,



customers and external suppliers to deliver timely, cost-effective and high-quality outcomes, while also contributing to continuous improvement across our maintenance processes and systems.
