About the role:

As a member of our Campus Support team, you’ll be the behind-the-scenes hero who keeps our studios,



common spaces, restrooms and café running smoothly and looking their best. From ensuring every space is tour-ready to supporting events, productions, and daily operations, you’ll play a vital part in creating an exceptional experience for our members, guests, and staff.

Here’s what you’ll do day-to-day:
- Monitor and maintain all campus areas—indoors, outdoors, and perimeters—to ensure a safe, clean, and welcoming environment.
- Track and manage inventory of supplies, communicating needs to avoid shortages.
- Reset and clean meeting rooms, studios, restrooms, and member areas so they’re always ready to impress.
- Support studio and AV teams with event setups, resets, and production needs.
- Keep the café, scullery, prep kitchen, and restrooms spotless, sanitized, and safe.
- Manage trash, dishware, and utensils to maintain high health and safety standards.
