We're looking for an Assistant Director of Sales who will be the right hand of the Director of Sales & Marketing, focusing exclusively on the Sales function.

Someone who is commercially sharp, relationship-driven, and passionate about turning opportunities into business while bringing the energy, creativity, and bold attitude that define the W brand.

This role is ideal for a talented sales professional ready to take the next step in their career and play a key role in driving the commercial success of one of Rome's most iconic luxury lifestyle hotels.

WHAT YOU'LL DO Drive Sales Performance
- Support the Director of Sales & Marketing in executing only the property's sales strategy.
- Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities across corporate, group, entertainment, luxury travel, and lifestyle segments.
- Generate revenue through proactive prospecting, client acquisition, and account management.




- Develop strategic sales plans aligned with hotel revenue goals and market opportunities.
- Consistently achieve and exceed personal sales and booking targets.

Build Meaningful Relationships
- Create long-term partnerships with key clients, agencies, meeting planners, DMCs, and corporate accounts.
- Represent W Rome in client events, industry gatherings, trade shows, and sales missions.
- Maintain a strong presence in the marketplace and act as a true ambassador of the W brand.
- Develop and nurture relationships that drive repeat business and brand loyalty.

Convert Opportunities into Business
- Lead site inspections and client presentations with confidence and personality.
- Negotiate contracts and commercial agreements while maximizing profitability.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and client communications with accuracy and creativity.
- Manage the sales cycle from prospecting through contract signature and handover
