Your Impact
We are currently looking for a Global Account Manager to own a multinational group headquartered in Italy within the Insurance segment. You'll operate as a trusted advisor to a truly global customer, driving a major digital transformation program and partnering across Salesforce and the customer's senior leadership to turn strategic priorities into measurable business value.
Your Responsibilities
- Own the account strategy and major digital transformation roll‑out for a multinational Insurance group headquartered in Italy, aligning the plan to the customer's board‑level priorities
- Engage C-level decision makers through value‑based selling, business case development, and ROI analysis to identify and position new business opportunities
- Coordinate a global, matrix‑organized virtual team — Sales Engineers, Sales Specialists, Marketing, Business Development, Professional Services, Partners, and Global Systems Integrators (GSIs) — to deliver the contracted technical and business solution
- Accurately forecast revenue and consistently achieve quota targets





You're Our Person If...
- You have 8+ years of quota‑carrying software or technology sales experience selling to C‑level executives at large enterprise or global accounts
- You have experience leading virtual or matrixed teams to close complex, multi‑stakeholder deals
- You have a track record of managing global or multinational account relationships, including cross‑border stakeholder coordination
- You have direct experience building and presenting business cases and ROI analyses to senior executives

Even Better If...
- You have experience selling within the FSI industry
- You’ve supported or led a digital transformation initiative at an enterprise account
- You’ve mentored or coached junior Account Executives
- You have experience partnering with Global Systems Integrators (GSIs) on joint delivery plans
