We are looking for a Kids Club Attendant to join our Splendido Team.
The ideal candidate is passionate about hospitality and comfortable with challenges. He/She is willing to provide authentic and luxury experiences, demonstrating care, confidence, curiosity and community.
He/She will Report to the Rooms Division Manager.

Main Duties & Responsabilities.
- Plan, organize a diverse range of engaging activities for children, including arts and crafts, games, storytelling, and outdoor play.
- Supervise children closely, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times, adhering to all hotel policies and safety regulations.
- Create a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere where every child feels valued and comfortable.




- Communicate effectively and professionally with parents, providing updates on their children's activities and addressing any concerns.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting Kids Club facility, ensuring all equipment and materials are in good condition.
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to enhance the overall guest experience.

Requirements
- Previous experience working with children in a professional setting (Kids Club, school, camp).
- A genuine love for working with children and an understanding of child development.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with children, parents, and colleagues.
- Creativity and enthusiasm for designing and leading engaging activities.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- A responsible and vigilant approach to child safety.
- Fluency in English is essential; knowledge of Italian and/or other languages
