Scalable Capital seeks a Senior Legal Counsel for its Italian branch to own the regulatory and contractual work for customers and products. You will shape end-to-end product launches, craft client-facing documents, and manage relations with regulators and external counsel in collaboration with the German group legal team.
You will ensure compliant operations in Italy, handle complex regulatory reports, and guide internal teams on MiFID II, PSD II and related transparency and consumer protection
