ROLE SUMMARY:
- The International School of Como is seeking a passionate and committed Spanish Teacher to join the school from August 2026.- This role is available as either:
- Tempo parziale (0.7 FTE) - Spanish Teacher, or
- Full-time - Spanish Teacher with the ability to also teach Italian-
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Teach Spanish across relevant year groups (Middle and/or Secondary School)
- Plan and deliver engaging, communicative and student-centred lessons
- Support students in developing speaking, listening, reading and writing skills
- Prepare students for internal and external assessments where applicable
- Differentiate teaching to meet the needs of all learners
- Monitor student progress and provide clear, constructive feedback
- Contribute to curriculum planning and development within the languages department
- Engage positively with parents and the wider school community
